The popular Korean actor Lee Min Ho stars with Korean actress So Ye Jin in Personal Preference.
In the Philippines, ABS-CBN will air the koreanovela titled Perfect Match. This is a follow-up to Lee Min Ho's successful Philippine showing of Boys Over Flowers where Lee Min Ho became popular with his character Jun Pyo.
Perfect Match is also known as Personal Preference or Personal Taste. It is based on a 2007 novel by Jae In Lee.
The korean drama is about man and a woman living together, all the while the woman thinking that the man is gay.
Park Kae In (Son Ye Jin) has a previous unpleasant experience in love so she closed her heart to men. She went on to live with a gay roommate, Jun Jin Ho (Lee Min Ho).
Jun Jin Ho secretly likes her so he pretends to be gay in order for them to become roommates.
Son said, “The reason I chose this role is because this year, I wanted to be a part of a bright and happy drama. I fell in love with the character because she seems confident while lacking in some ways but at the same time charming. Overall, the drama seems light and I feel it will be fun to shoot”. Son Ye Jin’s last drama was in 2008 with Spotlight.
